Bilingual Community Health Worker (Portuguese)

Connect Portuguese-speaking patients to health and social services. Conduct outreach, health education, and care coordination in the Somerville/Framingham Brazilian community. Bachelor's degree in public health or social work preferred. Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese required.
